This patient disliked her wide facial bone structure which highlighted her flat cheeks and sunken mid-face and gave a lethargic impression. Based on the preoperative evaluation, Dr. Hsieh performed cheek augmentation surgery to plump up her cheeks, combined with full face sculpting surgery to create a smooth face contour and a positive impression.
