Today is the 14th day after surgery. This week has passed very quickly. Every day is full of food and sleep. On the 8th day, I started eating soft food (porridge, noodles, cakes, and some fruits). After a follow-up visit, I started to tie rubber bands on the left and right sides of my teeth. My sleep was often interrupted, and I was too lazy to wear them for a short time. Dr. Cai said that the more frequently the rubber band is applied, the faster the teeth will bite, especially within one month after surgery. Since I can eat soft food, I have been happier every day, at least I will not be hungry. When the weather is nice, I can go outside for a walk to make myself feel better. Now I am slowly accepting my new look. Thank you to Dr. Hsieh, Dr. Cai and the entire medical team.
I hope my recovery will speed up and I want to eat hard food.

Because my teeth are not good-looking, I am limited to doing office work. I hope I can try outside work after the surgery. I chose Fenghua because my friend’s friend had Dr. Hsieh’s surgery. The effect was very good and it was worth it. The 7 days after the surgery were really hard, but it will get better and better after the surgery. On the second day after the surgeryBecause the anesthetic on the lower lip has not worn off, saliva drools wildly, causing dry mouth and sore throat (warm reminder: there will be drooling after the operation not because the anesthesia has not worn off, but because the muscle control is not sensitive enough after the operation and will gradually recover). You should reduce the drooling (such as raising your head or lying on the bed). The drooling will stop on the 5th day. Because you only drink liquid food (no residue) for the first 1 to 3 days, you are very hungry and your intestines are constantly peristaltic. Use a juicer to make the meal into juice and add a drop of chicken essence with a syringe (60 c.c) Pour it into your mouth and take it once every three hours to increase the feeling of fullness in the stomach and facilitate wound recovery. The powder is very bitter, and the juice with honey and fruit and vegetable juice is less bitter. Your skin will be very dry, so remember to moisturize.
Moisturize your lips with Vaseline,Hot compress can be fixed on the face with a heating pack and an elastic bandage(Warm reminder: Warming packs sometimes burn the skin if the temperature is too high. It is recommended to use a warm compress bag to apply warm compresses.) When the wound is painful, use a wet towel to continuously warm it to relieve the pain. I will clean the mouth and mouthwash as soon as possible after meals.Disinfect oral wounds with iodine-containing mouthwash and a cotton swab (sterile)(Warm reminder: If you buy mouthwash by yourself, please remember to use alcohol-free ingredients to avoid irritating the wound).
