Chin Advancement

He came to change his “harsh look” which is caused by following facial skeleton growth pattern: maxillary protrusion, mandible-chin retrusion, prominent lower jaw angle and cheekbones protrusion. We softened his face by combination of orthognathic surgery, chin advancement (genioplasty), mandibular reduction (lower jaw shaving) and zygomatic bone reduction (cheek bone shaving). Routinely in our practice, all the osteotomy (bone cutting) was guided by 3D printed surgical guide with better precision, symmetry, and safety.
