Hypertrophy(enlargement) of the masseter muscle is very common in this facial type. We performed reduction malarplasty (reduce cheekbone size), reduction mandibuloplasty (reduce lower jaw size), advancement genioplasty (chin advancement) and masseter muscle myotomy (removal of part of the muscle). Routinely in our team, all the osteotomy (bone cutting) was guided by 3D printed surgical guide with better precision, symmetry, and safety. She is very happy with a very natural, symmetrical, harmonious, slender and much more feminized facial appearance.
