我的恢復週記

 對於我的手術結果非常開心！現在吃東西一切正常，也常出去走動，回歸到原本的規律生活。我每天早上還是會被自己的臉驚訝到，都是好的那種驚訝。我的下巴有時會有一點點刺刺的，上唇部分會有一點緊繃感，但整體來說說話與吃飯都能夠非常正常。我喜歡我的牙齒咬合在一起的感覺，就像他們天生應該如此～開心！！！！

I’m super happy with my results. I’m eating pretty normally, going outside back to my normal routine. I’m still surprised by my face in the morning sometimes but always in good way. My chin is a little tingly and have slight tightness in my upper lip but over all I’m speaking normally and eating well. I love my teath close together like they were meant to. YAY!!!!!!

本週腫脹消退的相當快，嘴巴慢慢恢復咀嚼，說話和笑容的功能。 我發現白天多出去走走真的有助於我的心情和消腫。 我常和朋友出去看電影，一起對我的臉開玩笑。 朋友的讚美也對我有所幫助。 我本週開始化妝，讓我恢復了一些自信。 我很滿意我的新臉孔，迫不及待地想讓我美國的朋友們看看。

This week the swelling went down quite fast and I regained chewing, speaking and laughing abilities. I found that taking walks and going out during the day really helped my mood and swelling. I watched movies, hung out with friends and make fun of my face together. The compliment helped also obviously. I started wearing make up this week and regained some comfidence. I am very happy with my new face and excited to show friends in the states.

一剛開始的前幾天是最難熬的。腫脹、鼻塞都讓生活變得困難。我大多數的時間都躺在床上。我還記得第三天時我還倒數著第四天的到來。因為我知道第四天一切就會好轉了。一定要記住，腫脹一定會消退，別擔心。在遠方等著你的是一個完美的咬合以及自然的微笑～ 非常推薦將喜歡喝的湯放到果汁機裡面打，可以補充飲營養，又不用一直喝甜的。

The first couple days were the hardest. The swelling, congestion, bloody nose really made existing difficult. I spent most of my time in bed. I remenber on the third day just counting the seconds and minutes until day 4, knowing the next day will be better. Always remenber that the swelling will subside and on the otherside is a perfect bite and a natural smile!
