The second week appointment: elastic size changed into bigger one. My advice to OGS patients to buy kid’s / baby tooth brush.

Swelling are still there, need to do massage to help it to go down. My diet changed into soft, but still no chewing.

The past week I was depressed, the best med I found against depression is work.

The first week I believe is the hardest. Was difficult to sleep, eat, even walk. But after a week the nurse took out rubber bands relief came. I finally can open my mouth wider and can finally brush my tooth.

The most difficult for me within the first week was falling asleep, cos pain through all over my head was chasing me. Important to eat well and to lee your meds as prescribed! 加油！
