this week I started to have soup based foods much like baby food, but again no sugars! every day I would still have my fresh pressed juice but now I would make spinach+nuts+bone broth soup and blend that together to get a lot solid foods in me. this week I started to run, about 5 km per day , and my swell has gone a lot. All in all I believe if you feed what your body needs a speedy recovery is foreseen.

the process of the surgery was very straight forward, really no pain but lots of has hassle due to the fact that you can’t really open your mouth. That is due to the rubber bands that is trying to keep your jaw in place for the first week. All I could eat was liquids. I made sure that i had a high vitamin fresh squeeze juice everyday about 1500cc and drank a lot of bone broth soup. I didn’t consume and sugars liquids at all (milk). I also made sure that I did a lot of walking (2km per day)to speed up my metabolism.
